Videojet 1610 Dual Head Continuous Inkjet Printer

The Videojet 1610 Dual Head is a continuous inkjet (CIJ) printer that expands the capabilities of the 1000 Line series by incorporating two independent printheads into a single, integrated unit. This dual-head configuration is engineered for production environments that require greater coding complexity or multi-lane flexibility.

Each printhead can deliver up to five lines of high-resolution text, enabling a combined output of up to 10 lines of print across two separate locations on a single package, or across two parallel production lanes simultaneously. The system maintains single-head speed performance, achieving up to 293 m/min (960 ft/min) for single-line coding on each head.

Reliability Engineered for Extended Runs:

The 1610 Dual Head incorporates Videojet's CleanFlow™ printhead technology, which actively resists ink buildup to help prevent unplanned shutdowns. Core components are rated for up to 12,000 hours between preventive maintenance intervals.An integrated auto-cleaning function enables fast, reliable start-ups even after extended production stoppages.
