Q：Can the ink cartridge be used in my product?
A: We have water-based ink cartridge and quick dry ink cartridge to suit different materials. Most of the products can be printed with EXP date, batch code, bar code, QR code, serial number, logo and other printing information.
Q：Can the mark be erased?
A: No, if you do not scrape with hard tool, it can not be erased.
Q：How to solve the problem of poor printing quality when using a thermal transfer coding machine?
A: Check if the ribbon is wrinkled; check if the print head is dirty (wipe with the DK cleaning cloth); check if the substrate pad or rubber roller is dirty or damaged; check if the ribbon is matched with the print concentration setting; check if the ribbon is installed between the print head and the stripping roller; check if the machine is shaking and not securely fastened; check if the gap between the print head and the substrate pad is appropriate.
Q：How to maintain a carbon dioxide laser engraving machine?
A: Please check if the focusing mirror on the laser head is contaminated. If it is contaminated, clean the focusing mirror. Please check the working condition of the ventilation opening of the laser body. Check for obvious dust accumulation or any blockage. Ensure there is at least 100mm of space at the ventilation opening. Clean the ventilation openings on both sides of the laser body to ensure good ventilation. If there is a suction device: Replace the activated carbon filter.
